Post Library is open for individual and quiet study. On-site and virtual services are for LIU students, faculty and staff only.

September 3, 2025 through December 7, the LIU Post Library will be open:
Monday through Thursday 8:30am - 10:00pm
Friday and Saturday 9:00am - 10:00pm
Sunday 12:00pm - 10:00pm
Extended Hours Service During Finals:
Monday, December 8 Through Sunday, December 14
8:00am - 12:00 midnight
Monday, December 15, through Thursday, December 18
7:30am - 12:00 midnight
Friday, December 19
7:30am - 5:00pm
The library will be CLOSED on the following days:
Saturday, December 20 - Thursday, January 1, 2026
Library Hours During Winter Recess:
Friday, January 2 through Monday, January 19 will be as follows:
Monday through Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Closed Saturdays and Sundays
In addition, the library's electronic resources, including ebooks, ejournals and streaming content, are available 24/7, as usual through the library Website.
