Welcome to the Library's guide to support Fulbright grant applicants. This guide provides an overview of resources and services that may be helpful to you as you prepare your application for Fulbright Study and Research Awards, English Teaching Assistant Awards, Arts Study or Arts Research, and other special programs.

Librarians can help you prepare your Fulbright application in many ways, including:

  • Providing direction on conducting a literature review.

  • Suggestions for how to research archives, museums, and educational institutions for your Fulbright experience.

  • Help identify and research potential mentors or sponsors.

  • Guidance on how to learn more about a nation's culture or history.

Please complete the following form about your background and Fulbright application, and a librarian will contact you to schedule a library research appointment.

All questions about the application process and individual Fulbright counseling sessions should be arranged with Dr. Gregory Barton at Gregory.barton@liu.edu.
