Library Website Login not Accepting your Password

 

  1.  Make sure you are able to access your LIU email account.     
    LIU uses single sign-on, meaning that your email credentials also give you access to our library resources. Check to make sure your email account is functioning. If not, you will need to contact LIU IT at 516-299-3300 or by email at it@liu.edu
     
  2. Sign-in and check your Library Account to see if it has expired and needs to be updated. If so, call the the Library's Circulation Desk at 516-299-2303 or 516-299-2304.  
     
  3.  Clear your cache, cookies, and browsing history. 
     
  4. Try using a different web browser to access the site.
